Aqua Garden " fountain show

AQUA DREAMS YUNOMACHI YUMEYA," a nighttime fountain show program in Aqua Garden featuring water, light, and sound, is a four-part story about a dragon, the god of Hot Springs, that travels through various eras. Hot Springs gushing from the depths of the earth Hot Springs Beppu's nature, the city, and futuristic motifs are expressed with dynamic sounds.

 

In addition to 10 powerful large fountains, large-scale projection mapping images are projected onto newly installed panels. This is a night entertainment show realized with three-dimensional sound from a large number of speakers.

Projection Mapping

A collaboration of light and images in Beppu, where community, tourism, and education are connected.

The 58-meter-long outdoor wall of the all-weather amusement pool " Aquabeat " is used as a screen.

This work was produced jointly by students and instructors of the Oita Junior College of Arts and Culture.
The theme of the projection is Beppu's nature, Hot Springs, and the folklore of demons, and the three-dimensional visual expression takes advantage of the shape of the building,
The original character "Yugemaru" adds color to the story.

 

The film consists of two parts: "Beppu × Oni Culture" by the students and "Suginoi Cosmos" by the lecturer (Sunnana inc.).
All original music and visuals will be combined, inviting visitors to Suginoi Hotel at night into the world of the story.

 

Part I: "Beppu × Oni Culture
Suginoi Hotel and the students have worked together to create a projection mapping work based on the theme of Beppu's Hot Springs nature, and demon lore.
The original character "Yugemaru" will be shown in the projection mapping work. The story of the transformation of ogres into protective beings, guided by the original character "Yugemaru," is shown in 3DCG, overlapping with the three-dimensional feeling of the building.
